    With an emphasis on the internal experience of our bodies, the invitation is for you to dive into a soft playful vibrant exploration of what is held, stored and alive within. Rather than aiming for specific forms-shapes-goals, we let our bodies lead the way - gently cultivating a greater sensitivity and connectedness.

A space to slow down and soften in.

Weaving together elements of Embodied Yin, Myofascial Release, Chinese Medicine and supporting somatic practices, we gather in a soft space to return home, replenish, recalibrate and recharge.
